At SystemShift, we believe organisations are systems, made up of two main elements: people and structures.
In order to make a lasting and meaningful improvement to a business, both of these elements must work together. Without the right people, the structures won’t work and without the right structures, the people can’t perform at their best.
So while most of our clients come to us with concerns such as "we have an execution problem" or "we're not growing fast enough" or "we need better leadership", the approach we take is to look at the whole system that is causing these concerns. And while we may end up working with them on strategy, leadership, culture or change, our focus is on how these components work together to produce a shift in the system.

Our Senior Teams practice works to make senior teams as functional as possible. We advise on team structure, composition and dynamics. We get to know team members individually so we can coach the team as a whole on how to work together more effectively.
Strategy
Our strategy practice works with businesses to help them develop their strategy, agree the choices they need to make to achieve it and then share it throughout the organisation so that everyone knows what they need to deliver and why.
Organisational effectiveness
Our Organisational Effectiveness practice works with different levels of your business to make sure people have the right capabilities, and are supported by the right culture and organisational design, so that the strategy can be delivered.
